Candice King is an American actor, became famous for her role as Caroline Forbes in The Vampire Diaries. Candice King started her acting career in the beginning of the 1990s when she was a musician. It's always the innocent ones on the other hand. United States was her debut album which debuted in the year 2009. She composed twelve of the 14 tracks that comprise the album. At the same time, she was pursuing her acting career while guest starring in a couple of shows including How I Met Your Mother and Greek. Though she did have a solid career path, her major breakthrough did not come until The Vampire Diaries. Candice King became a household name quickly. Candice King was lauded her for her outstanding acting skills and performance. The actress played the exact same role in all eight seasons, that ran for 171 episodes. Her recurring role was seen in The Originals, a spin-off in 2018 and Legacies the 2021-based series.
