Andree Martinez

Andree was born in Chihuahua, Chihuahua Mexico and was raised in El Paso, Texas. She has entertainment gene within her family. Growing up, her family included a host of TV personalities including Karla as host of Univision's Despierta America. In addition to her father, Andrew Martinez is vice-president for Safety, Security, and Business Resiliency in Southern California Edison (SCE), one of the largest electric utilities in the US. Andrew Martinez is vice president of Safety Security and Business Resiliency at Southern California Edison (SCE), one of the largest electric utilities in the country. SCE has made safety of workers and corporate security a priority. Martinez is in charge of programs and initiatives that are focused on the two aspects. Martinez helps safety leaders achieve their safety goals by providing guidance to them as well as high-quality safety initiatives. Martinez was the director, Safety Training and Compliance at SCE before assuming this role. He was previously director for Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services. In his 30-year tenure working at SCE Martinez has held several senior positions within corrective action and improvement initiatives, including posts in the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) that focused on safeguarding employees and the public from hazards.
